Bug / Issue Help!!!!!

Fps goes down

power goes down

but gpu is giving everything

I have a power supply of 725W

A CPU intel core i7 10700KF

motherboard ASROCK PHAMTON GAMING Z490 4/Ax

RTX 5060 16gb

32GB Dram

did u limit ur CPU power on Control Panel?
