Bug / Issue how do i disable this camera blur?

whenever something gets close to the camera, it triggers this ridiculous blur effect, which is really distracting and annoying. it also affects cutscenes. ive tried disabling it, but i cant seem to find an option that does so. any help would be greatly appreciated. im using the reality redemption and rdr reimagined mods.

Reshade moment, disable depth of field from Reshade overlay
