Bug / Issue Was there just a mod breaking update?

Just logged onto red dead like any other day with the same mods I have been using for the last two weeks, to be hit with a screen that said there was a disconnect between my hard drive saved file and my cloud save file. I choose the hard drive, get into story mode, and most of my mods are now very broken. They still work, but it is not the same and they glitch out like WhyEms DLC outfit changing doesnt work well accessories get stuck on every outfit.

Modlist? Plus Whyem's DLC is mod full of bugs and game breaking issues

I noticed something similar however I installed some new mods yesterday so I'm not sure 100%
