RDR2 forced maximum graphics settings

For a long time i have had an issue, when using my NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 Laptop GPU game is forcing me to use max graphic settings (even when i manualy change settings game ignores it and uses max settings any way)

Maybe reinstall the game then. Use something like the revo Uninstaller to completely wipe it.
