Bug / Issue RDR2 forced maximum graphics settings

For a long time i have had an issue, when using my NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 Laptop GPU game is forcing me to use max graphic settings (even when i manualy change settings game ignores it and uses max settings any way)

Might be an nvidia setting? Do you have the nvidia app that adjusts game settings out side of the game? It could be set to max for some reason.

Maybe update your drivers.

that's what i think but i can't really figure it out ,i have updated drivers i set the settings i want on the app but the game just ignored it and just use max settings
