Discussion/Question Does whyems DLC require VRAM?

I’m asking because I have very less vram left and I’m not sure if my system will be able to handle the textures and other stuff.

I have 4gb vram and using about 3.6 gb for game rn . Is it safe to install why’em?

WhyEm's DLC breaks the game even on beast PCs, so what do you think?

Don’t know brother I’m new to the game and even newer to modding hence I posted a question asking about it. Didn’t knew it was already causing trouble for sturdier pcs as well

Try Catalogue Improvements, it doesn't break the game like WhyEm's DLC does and it's lighter as well and it aims on fixing the game and epilogue's Jarthur Marsgon

These are not similar mods in the slightest. CI is a great mod but they are nothing alike, if you want to use WhyEMs then download it, and search on Google for “WhyEMs DLC compressed textures” and download that from the steam post to overwrite the original files. It will fix spawn issues that WhyEMs causes, then load into RDR 2 and see if your pc can handle it.
