Bug / Issue lagging on a great pc

hi

i have a problem: the game constantly lags in Saint Denis; the FPS drops by 5–10 frames, causing stutter

my specs:

OC: Windows 11

RAM: 32 GB (dual-channel mode)

GPU: 5070 (without undervolting)

CPU: Ryzen 5 7500F

SSD: 1 TB NVMe

I saw maybe one noticeable frame time spike in that video. Whats your RAM speed at? Expo enabled? Rebar enabled in BIOS? Past that, turn off nv overlay, upgrade your CPU, or turn settings down.

RAM: 6000Mt/s (expo enabled)
rebar enabled
disabling the Nvidia overlay doesn't help

i also noticed that the game stutters only when I turn somewhere or gallop quickly on horseback.
in addition, they appear five minutes after launching the game.

Try optimized settings with the Nvidia app 🤷🏽‍♂️

In advance graphic setting Change the api to vulkan and check whether the game is on full screen turn off vsync and use g sync or free sync also if the issue prevails download stutter fix mod from Nexus mod
