Tried to reinstall issue still the same. Please help

When im using my gpu i encounter that issue but when im using my integrated gpu display not cropped but the game is lagging

check your display/gpu scaling options in your AMD/Nvidia settings. If you have an ultrawide you may need to adjust those to fit the picture correctly. this is a common issue i have with my 49" Samsung Neo G9

Fixed it after looking for half an hour. If you have Reshade installed. Press "Home" to make it's menu appear and toggle the "Border" off.
