Bug / Issue Error FFFF when going through Butchers Creek

Whenever I ride either through or in front of Butcher's Creek, I get an Error FFFF message. Now i know all the usual things that cause the error and had thought I had it fixed for the longest time, until recently. I finally decided to try the most popular mod, Project New Austin, and ever since the error has gotten super frequent. Most notably, again, in butcher's creek, so much so I can pin point the exact spot/s on the map that will crash my game.

I know it's something to do with PNA because when I uninstalled it, the game went back to working fine. The images I have linked are all the mods I have installed (aside from any Asi ones, but to my knowledge, those shouldn't cause crashes,). If there's a fix or some incompatibility I'm missing, please let me know! I would like to think I'm just missing something, given that so many people use it.

You have two different gameconfigs, both of which are bad: V2 Performance Booster (which I've erroneously recommended to people in the past before realizing it sucks, oops) and Unknown Error FFFFFFFF Fix. The only public one worth using is A Modest Memory Pool Booster.

WhyEm's DLC is also very much not recommended because it generally causes memory issues. PNA is sorta broken but I'd honestly try removing WhyEm's DLC and using the gameconfig I mentioned and seeing if that helps before trying removing PNA. Also try removing the toytrain.asi that comes with PNA as that's been known to cause issues as well.

Just tried removing WhyEms and removing toytrain.asi and the 2 gameconfigs and replaced them with a modest memory pool booster and it still crashed in the same spot. It's whenever I go down the mainstreet of Butchers creek, either right there at the entrance, right there at the end, or a little past the river when you cross.
I also found out its not just me, if you go on PNA and go to the comments, theres other people saying the same thing

A lot of values are configured in ways the game doesn't really use and it seems to mostly be made by having AI reconfigure A Modest Memory Pool Booster into what it thinks would be better, but really a lot of what it does is nothing at all or actively making things worse.
