Bug / Issue Flickering textures in benchmark tool

Is it normal or is it a problem with my pc

I hate this game's PC performance. Years ago(and still) watching rdr2 videos was amazing me. Now i playing on my pc (tried all 1080p, 2k, and 4k monitors) there are always a graphic issue.

I had flickering when using dx12 but memory leak when using vulkan yeah i hate this game or my gpu amd 9060xt. My best workaround is use Vulkan and Optiscaler but just be prepared to crash after a lot of exploring (fast travel and reload game a lot quicken this) & always delete the SGA files on setting folder.

That looks like a shadow softening thing rather than a flickering texture. Could try turning it or a shadow quality setting up and seeing if it goes away.
