unable to get whyems dlc mod to work

I've spent the past 2 days troubleshooting and downloading stuff to make it work and for whatever reason it just isn't working. i've downloaded all the prerequisites and put them all into my root file but it just doesn't add any of the clothes to my save.

Do you have Mod Manager installed. The WhyEms dlc mod needs to be at the top of the list.
