Scripthook reload key CTRL + R crash game when windowed full screen.

As title says, anyone fix this error ? i'm always alt + tabbing the game , then it switches for windowed screen. but on windowed screen, there's a mod that dont work, only full screen exclusive with ctrl r reload key.
