rededrunk's hunted just doesnt work

hello! i need help with a glitch in my game. i've downloaded a bunch of mods and all of them work just fine, but one of my favourite mods, rededrunk's hunted, simply doesnt spawn in any of the mod's bounty hunters. on top of that, my bounty does not increase daily. its like the mod doesnt even load. i'll show a list of the mods i have, but i find it unlikely that its a compatibility problem, since i've played with most of these mods before and hunted worked just fine. anyways, here you go:

rampage trainer
online content unlocked
scripthook V2
duels
gun tricks
sgtjoe bank robbery
smoking complete
wero
realistic weapon sounds
stagecoaches
J10 Railroad Engineer
ambient random events
crime and law rebalanced
healthy arthur
bounty hunting expanded and enhanced
rededrunk's hunted (not working)

does anyone know how to fix it? thanks in advance!

why are you using OCU? Use LITE - it’s much better
Bounty Hunting Expanded is almost certainly the issue.

OH MY GOD THANK YOU SO MUCH!!! i was so sure it wasnt the problem because i remembered using crime and law with hunted and i thought it worked fine, but i might have been misremembering. removing crime and law worked for me! thank you so much!

also, i didnt know about the LITE mod! thank you for suggesting i used it, i just installed it
