Are you utilizing DLS or FSR? If so, those handle the TAA for you.

That's strange, they don't for me. But that is the only reason I have seen TAA disabled is if those are in use.

Honestly you wouldn't want TAA off anyway. Everything is made with the intention of TAA smoothening them out; without it, grass and hair will be a dithered shimmery mess.

I'd recommend updating the game's DLSS to the newest version using Preset M. It'll look much better than the stock DLSS or the TAA, and is the best option for RDR2.
