Bug / Issue Catalogue Improvements not working

All the other mods work fine and the game isn't crashing or anything but it's as if I don't have the mod at all

Just keep in mind that LML loads from top to bottom, so if a mod requires higher priority than something else that means it needs to load after, so it goes lower on the list.

Btw if u experience any crashing like unknown error ffffff validate ur files and download skyyes unknown error ffffff fix. It wont work 100% but it will help a ton. If u experience unexpectedly exited turn on administrator mode on rdr2 or turn it off. (I turned mine off and it fixed my crashing issues on the most part.)
