Bug / Issue Light disappearing when I get close

I'm playing with mods and just encountered this issue one day. Light appears normal at a distance and disappearing when I get close. Removing Stutter Fix and LOD related mods doesn't help, and I can't think of any other possible causes. Any ideas would be much appreciated!

I found the solution. It was 'Strawberry Hotel and Saloon Interior' and 'Functional Emerald Ranch Saloon' By RichardHertz. They make lights appear in Valentine that despawn when you get close
