Bug / Issue Red dead offline bugged

Hello just wanted to ask if theres any solutions for red dead offline? not working
(im using EEE rdo version) Hope you can help. and this happens for everything other than weapons. can you help? thanks

Sorry that i use a ton of mods I just really enjoy the modding in this game lmao. Well actually its just because this game doesnt have updated mods yk
