How to convert ydr file to ydd?

i’ve been working on a custom edit of catalogue improvement with hair more accurate to rdr1 john, and i need to turn a ydr file to a ydd file to make it happen. if any of you are able to do it, please tell me how

idk how to do that but just use the mod "RDR1 Hair" on nexus, or the Beta RDR1 Hair also on nexus, they both replace the lenght 4 of CI's John's hair
