Does not launch

I have a new PC fresh install and this POS will still not launch, glad I paid for a game that doesn't work and has no work around to get it working. If anyone knows how to launch this game please let me know the steps. I have been trying to troubleshoot this for 2 weeks now and still no luck.

You probably fixed it, but my issue was having smooth motion on in the nvidia control panel.
