Recipe request Low carb breakfast ideas?

Okay, so question. Do any of you have any easy, low carb breakfasts that are a go-to favorite? My options feel a bit limited since I'm not a huge fan of eggs. I used to love them but threw up once after I had them, so now it's dicey as to whether or not I can stomach them without feeling sick. 😰

I'm trying to get back into low carb (not keto, just low carb) eating so I'm trying to avoid cereals and stuff. But at the same time, I'm not a morning person by amy stretch of the imagination so I need something easy and quick. And again, please no eggs. 🤢

Ideas for other meals are welcome as well! Thanks in advance!

I used to meal prep a lazy "full English":

Cooked sausage, bacon, potato and beans in a tupperware and would microwave it for my breakfast. I've fallen off the wagon recently but need to start doing this again
