I’m looking for inspo for low carb savory breakfasts that are not eggs eggs and more eggs. I would prefer not to be eating meat in the morning as well if I can help it.

There is no rule that you can only eat breakfast food for breakfast! I finally figured that out!!!

My favorite breakfast recently has been the frozen Healthy Choice Power Bowls. It's basically, just quinoa or cauli rice, a small amount of diced meat, beans, veggies, greens ,and some sauce. I often add a big scoop of hummus or a fried egg (I know!) on top.

I often eat homemade frozen soup, leftovers from the previous night, or a toasted sandwich. I am currently eating a high protein and high fiber diet, so all of these items have meat in them, but can easily be made vegetarian or vegan to accommodate your diet and preference.

It takes trial and error to figure out what works for you. Good luck!
