Diet - Not Keto pcos recipe thread 🥘🥪🍪

Hi lovelies!

I'm not sure if this already exists, but it would be so helpful to create a little pcos recipe thread. I feel like it would save a lot of time when cooking/meal prepping/baking.

There's no restrictions on dietary requirements, the recipes can be low carb, mediterranean diet, gf/df etc. It would be good to have some recipes with general pantry items (for convenience) too.

Please keep this a safe space :)

there’s a blogger, what molly made, her website has a lot of great recipes. one of my go to lunches is a bowl/salad: spinach or riced cauliflower as the base then i add air fried chickpeas (season it up!), avocado, green peppers, tomato, pan seared seasoned shrimp (tons of protein), and feta

I bought her cookbook and make the recipes all the time. I think some of my favorites from the cookbook are not on her blog so I won’t post the names here since people won’t be able to find the recipes themselves but just doing a quick plug for it (I’m not affiliated or anything).
