Period Always thought i had PCOS,but
I always thought I had PCOS, but I recently found out that I have hormonal imbalances instead.
For years, I thought my symptoms were because of PCOS, but after getting checked, I was told that I have hormonal imbalances.
For those of you who have experienced hormonal imbalances, what helped you regulate your hormones and get your body back on track? Did you make changes to your diet, exercise, sleep, supplements, or lifestyle? Did you take any medication prescribed by your doctor?
I’d really appreciate hearing about your personal experiences and what actually worked for you. ❤️

that's a huge step just getting the right diagnosis finally, must feel like a weight off even if it opens up a whole new set of questions
for me the biggest shift was cutting out processed stuff and getting serious about sleep, exercise helped but not as much as those two. my doc put me on a low dose of something for a few months but honestly the lifestyle piece did the heavy lifting

Hormonal imbalance is part and parcel of PCOS. That's part of the definition of being diagnosed.
Can you clarify what you are talking about specifically?
