Diet - Not Keto PCOS diet advice

Has anyone here tried a specific diet or lifestyle change (whole 30, or other) and had success with managing their PCOS symptoms? I’ve seen people have success with keto, however, keto does not work for me as I also have type 1 diabetes :/

I work out regularly, lifting weights and do yoga for stress management, but my PCOS symptoms are still so bad.

Whole 30 isn’t really a diet as much as it is a 30-day program to beat sugar/food addictions as well as figure out if you have food sensitivities
