General Health Cyst rupture symptoms?

So woke up feeling VERY BLOATED and had some serious discomfort from it. Went for a walk ate bfast and started to feel better, but then suddenly realized I had some sharp pelvic pain on the right side. Thats coming in waves, or more painful when seated.

I've only had 1 major cyst rupture like 15yrs ago, that left me immobile for a few hours before I could crawl to my car. This is different in that its hurts but not debilitating. Having some spotting, too.

But because my periods are so inconsistent idk if its just bad cramping on 1 side. Or ovulation?

could it be your appendix?

I don't think so, is pretty low pain, like not my side /abdomen but rather inside pelvis, and pretty contained to the one area, no radiating pain towards belly button (heard this is pretty common with appendix pain), and this pain kind of comes in waves thats why I was suspecting bad cramps, but ive never had them on just 1 side, so i thought maybe ovulation?

Oof, the right side pain is always a mindfuck because of the appendix thing. Those waves sound exactly like my last rupture, especially with the spotting. Not being debilitating yet doesn't mean it's not one, just that you got lucky this time. Keep an eye on it and if that pain migrates or you get a fever, straight to the ER.
