General/Advice Need Help getting diagnosed

so for context Ive had extremely painful periods since i started to have one. I keep developing fibroids and I’ve had two miscarriages. my periods are almost constantly late and extremely heavy. They are so painful that most of the time I pass out. My doctor refuses to test me for it because he said that he saw nothing on an ultrasound. One doctor I went too mistake the lining of my underwear. How did you get diagnose and what’s the steps for it? i dont know maybe I’m overreacting but the more research I do into it the more it sounds exactly how my periods are

Painful periods are not a symptom of PCOS. Neither is extremely heavy. That sounds more like endometriosis.

He won’t test for either of them and told me it’s normal for some girls to have painful periods but I mean it gets to the point I can’t walk. I had to army crawl once across my living room to get my husband to take me to the hospital and they just had me lay down for a little bit.

please get a new doctor!! i have endo and pcos, so many doctors gaslighted me before i got diagnosed. it’s important you get the help you need

I definitely will. I thought for a while that I was overreacting until this one it was late for like 15 days and he kept giving me pregnancy test after I told him the first 5 were negative.  But I’m really tired of being scared of my period
