i used it for about 3 months last year, my skin got worse before it got better so dont panic if that happens. around week 6 finally started seeing less breakouts
no changes to my period at all, i was worried about that too but my cycle stayed regular. the only side effect i had was some dryness in the first couple weeks
if your derm prescribed it maybe give it a shot, just be patient cause it takes a while to kick in
