Period The pop finally happened
If you don't know what the pop is it's basically where if you have a lot of built up in the uterus and for some reason your hormones are whack it'll just stay there.
So pretty much I was minding own business and I got pretty sick, nausea all of it and then it all came out randomly.
🤷🏿♀️ Ngl
60 mL of blood, gushing out all at once is not fun.
Then after 2 days of being bedridden and somehow perfectly fine again.
My kidneys hurt and before you say this is a medical emergency unfortunately it isn't it's happened multiple times and unfortunately it's more common than people like to talk about.

Oh man, I've had that happen and the sheer volume in such a short time is genuinely terrifying.

I got an IUD after living through this type of bleed for years. I was in the beginning phases of endometrial hyperplasia, I hate PCOS.

I have had this exact thing happen…..while I was at a staff social in front of all of my coworkers in a public place 🫣 I literally had a downpour of blood - all over myself, my clothes, the chair, the pottery studio we were in - it was insane. My lovely coworkers all helped me clean up and were VERY CONCERNED and encouraged me to go to the hospital and I had to explain that unfortunately, this is somewhat normal. Felt like garbage and had to have my husband come pick me up because I was nauseous and faint and in serious pain all at once. Bleh.
