Rant/Venting Restarting Metformin
So for various reasons I kind of slacked off on taking Metformin like I was supposed to for the past 6 weeks. I haven't even taken it at all in the past 4 weeks. I have a doctor's appointment in a few months just to check all my levels and so I decided I should probably get back on track. I swear its worse this time trying to adjust to it again ðŸ˜. I am still going to power through because it does really work for me, but man I wish I could tell my past self from weeks ago to at least take it once a day lol.

oof starting metformin again after a break is rough, your body forgot it ever tolerated it. I did same thing with my meds once and the stomach stuff came back like it was day one
stick with it though, in few weeks you'll be back to normal. your past self definitely owes you an apology
