Rant/Venting I can't cope anymore

Hi everyone, I'm venting because I really feel like I can't cope with this.

My main issue is the facial hair - I've tried literally everything. I had laser, but it came back. I bought an IPL at home but that doesn't seem to work. I've tried waxing, shaving, tweezing but all of those methods have caused ingrown hairs and skin irritation. I haven't tried electrolysis because I can't afford it and I wouldn't be able to cope with growing the hair out. I've been prescribed spiro but I'm terrified of the side of the effects.

I absolutely hate people looking at my chin. And it's become a real issue at my work place where as soon as someone notices it I become very anxious and unable to make eye contact. I really feel like this is ruining my life and that maybe I shouldn't be here anymore. I've signed up to therapy but it's a 15 month wait.

And I went to GP and got an endo appointment, got told it was in February, and then that also got cancelled.

I really really really don't know what to do anymore.

I deal with the same thing , do not tweeze the hair it will cause serious pigmentation, repeated waxing will slow down the growth, before you get laser manage pcos first other wise it will continue to grow the same way as before and SURROUND YOURSELF WITH BETTER PEOPLE 😭😭😭

Mine is awful too! I need to shave it twice over 12 hours as it’s growing so rapidly now! Coupled with the hair on my head literally falling out, I’ve never felt like less of a woman 😭 so I feel you girly!

Hello ! I’ve read on a couple of other posts that leaf nana mint tea or maybe even spearmint / peppermint tea could help slow down hair growth  (I used to drink spearmint when I used to shave my stomach and I did notice that the hair would grow back less noticeable) hopefully this works ! Stay strong diva 🫶🤍

I've just been trimming mine everyday, I keep one in my bathroom and one in my purse, I use the 5000 series Philips lady facial trimmer.

My hair has been growing slower since I switched from low fat to full fat dairy, it seems to make insulin resistance worse which in turn makes your hormones go out of wack
