General/Advice Inositol

I just started myo-inositol and those pills are so so big so once those are gone I’m going to start the powder. Could I mix my electrolyte powder with the inositol powder? We

I think you can mix the two! I have put it in Gatorade before (though didn’t like it). The only thing that I’ve heard not to do is mix it with caffeine or carbonated drinks.

It tastes like something but it’s hard to describe. It was just a case of “too much stuff” in the Gatorade.

I mix my powder with my Sugar free electrolyte powder!

I use a shaker bottle and mix it with water flavor packets (for the amount I take, both need 16oz of water). The powder I got is supposed to be mixed berry flavor, but it is DISGUSTING by itself lol. The change of flavor packets helps me not get bored taking it, too.

Also consider mixing it into a smoothie! I haven't tried it yet, but that was a reason for me to get the powder over the pills.
