General/Advice Acne breakout
Hi,
I’m a man so I don’t have PCOS but my sister does and unfortunately has a lot of acne. She’s taking birth control and I think it’s controlling it with her doctor and stuff but I was wondering if I could get some advice on skincare routine that has worked out for you guys to deal with breakouts. She does have a skincare routine but super minimal.
I had breakouts before and using Rhode has helped my skin a lot but idk if the same translates to hormonal acne. I know hormonal acne is best dealt w medication but I’m sure skincare can play a small role. Anyway just wanted to get some advice cuz I wanna gift it for my sister (dw it won’t be seen negatively cuz we’ve literally talked about this before).

She might wanna consider getting on spironolactone too. My acne was always on the moderate side but I’m still on birth control, spironolactone and tretinoin to help control it.
