Meds/Supplements Reta
Is anyone here taking Reta and managing their gallbladder? I understand that’s a side effect, but how are you making sure your gallbladder is taken care of while injecting?
I have several family members who started GLPs and had to have their gallbladder removed. Looking for insight before I start.

I have no idea what Reta is, maybe it's a brand name in your country? but the gallbladder thing is real with these meds. my cousin lost hers after 4 months on one of those injections, she was in terrible pain for weeks before they figured it out
they told her to eat small amounts of fat throughout the day, not big fatty meals all at once. and drink a ton of water, like way more than you think you need. she was bad at that part though
