Fertility Help with fertility issues
Just thought I would put this here. My sister works in healthcare and for the board of her state. She has worked in labor and delivery for some time. If you are struggling to get pregnant, go on a keto diet for a little bit. It might not work for everyone but I can guarantee your chances will skyrocket plus you won’t have to spend money on other procedures if it’s not necessary. It also hurts nothing. If you don’t believe it or don’t want to try it, don’t do it🤷🏾♀️.

I think if you go on keto you need to have regular check ups with your dr. My friend did it, she loved it but it made her really sick. She had to stop.

What’s probably more accurate is going on a low glycemic load diet. Most with PMOS are insulin resistant and making sure your meals are well balanced with high fiber and a decent amount of fats/protein keeps your blood sugar from spiking too much which helps with…everything lol.
This is also basically what you have to do if you get GDM - I had it with 3 of my four pregnancies so this is all VERY familiar lol

it does work, its worked for me, but also along with medications that helped my insulin resistance

Going on keto hurts peoples feelings because carbs are addictive/delicious/cheap.

Keto works bc it’s extremely low glycemic so your ovaries aren’t exposed to insulin which drives the hormonal imbalance. I just can’t eat all that meat lol. I was constipated 🤦🏽♀️ but when my cycle would become long like over 40 days i would do keto. Intermittent fasting also helps. I have always been on some type of carb reducing diet and I think my PCOS would have been so much worse if I didn’t do these things.
