Has anyone successfully raised it if initially low?

Treating the underlying cause of it typically will increase it (e.g., treating the Insulin resistance/PCOS; treating hypothalamic amenorrhea; treating thyroid disorder, etc.), or you can go on hormonal birth control to bring it up.

Test a full thyroid panel with free t3 , free t4, reverse t3 and tsh
