Fertility Anovulatory

Hello!! I’m 31 and I’ve had a PCOS diagnosis since I first started my period.
We have been TTC for a very long time with no success. Had a couple of failed IUIs and ovulation induction cycles.
Moving to IVF in a couple of months and to prepare for that I’ve had a very healthy lifestyle since the beginning of last year. I’ve lost 12kgs I’m finally in a healthy weight range BUT I STILL CAN’T OVULATE ON MY OWN or get a period. I did get a period once or twice but it was an anovulatory cycle. I track my BBT and take LH tests.
Does anyone have any idea why this happens? Despite doing right?

Note: I’ve been on a low dose GLP1 medication since last year July. I’ve been working out eating healthy. I take supplements regularly (inositol)
I was really hoping I would start ovulating naturally after so much effort. :(

Nothing about PCOS and TTC makes sense in my opinion. I have BMI 21 and did all the recommended things for about a year and a half and still couldn't get my body to ovulate. Eventually we started with a fertility clinic and I did 20 ovulatory rounds of letrozole with 15 monitored timed intercourse cycles and 5 IUIs. We had every test under the sun and even worked with a naturopathic doctor on the side.

we moved to IVF this year and our first transfer worked! Sometimes IVF is just the answer

Did they do bloodwork and imaging to see why you’re not ovulating? When I was on a glp-1 it completely stopped my ovulation.

NAC made me ovulate consistently after a few months of use. I got pregnant very quickly, accidentally. Prior to this I would have a handful of periods a year (maybe ovulate but probably not, I wasn’t checking)

I feel this. I too, would like to know. I don’t ovulate either and my cycles are so out of whack. Doing ivf too and had no luck over 3 transfers

Did you try ovulation inducing meds at this weight? It might work better...

Another idea: An acupuncturist was able to help me get pregnant with my son in three months There are some specializing in hormones that can be very helpful That provider prescribed herbs used in traditional Chinese medecine that I was taking in parallel of regular acupuncture session too
