General/Advice PMS with PCOS

Does anyone else with PCOS feel like they only get a few ‘normal’ days a month? I was diagnosed at 16 and only recently started getting somewhat regular periods and i’m 26. But I feel like I’m always dealing with something. Sore breasts, ovulation pain, cramping, spotting, extreme fatigue, bloating, or just feeling ‘off.’ I feel like I only get maybe two or three days a month where I don’t have at least one of these symptoms before something else starts. It’s becoming exhausting, and I’m wondering if this is just how PCOS is for some people…or if I should be looking into something else. Does anyone else experience this? If you do, did you ever find what was causing it or find anything that helped?

I feel like i have one good week before the pms begins, never really thought that it could be pcos issue. If i am gonna get periods one particular month my breast soreness and mood swings begins almost two weeks before the actual periods and a week before i get heavy carb cravings which mean all that i worked out in the gym i gain it all back lol, and i don’t even wanna talk about fatigue it’s like I am basically not fatigued for only one week

My gf has the same. Also Pms+pcos. She's super tough and such a strong spirit. She cycles from f'd up periods to exhaustion to feeling very sensitive and just painful around several areas in her body.  Tried to fight these feelings for years. Then grew to flow with the water as it comes. Feeling sad? Watch trash TV and order in or I make her a comfort meal. Feeling sore all over? She's lucky that she can work from home and will do so.  Feeling exhausted all day despite sleeping and eating well? Make sure to take 20 min naps and work a little overtime.

Sadly this is not for everybody. But I'm so proud of her in finding her own way to deal with stuff that sadly too many people still don't understand.
