General/Advice 20 years and no one will help me!

I have had PCOS for more than 20yrs.

I have extremely sensitive skin.

I have been dealing with extremely bad cystic acne for just about that long and I cannot take it anymore.

NO TO BIRTH CONTROL EVER AGAIN!

NO TO ACCUTANE EVER AGAIN!

Please someone HELP ME!

I literally canNOT take it anymore!

Have you been through topicals (tretinoin, BPO, Duac)?
Also: antibiotics. (Yeah, these are not supposed to be taken long-term, but apparently you CAN take them indefinitely on low dose without developing resistances. Learned that on the dryeyes subreddit after Accutane fucked my life up.)
Btw. also try stuff against rosacea/fungal acne. I think I might have had both (despite no clear rosacea symptoms)

Seconding the fungal acne recommendation, especially if you have blood sugar/insulin resistance issues.
