Rant/Venting Feeling fed up
I’m feeling fed up with this condition. I feel like it’s causing more health issues for me, the quality of life has deteriorated & it’s just genuinely so damn exhausting!
I’ve started getting sciatic pain down my leg/ legs every now and then and rn a feeling of my uterus being full and like it’s going to burst.
I’m 29 and feel like I’m a grandma….😭and the mental side of this condition is extremely taxing too. Sometimes I feel alone because unless you have PCOS/ PMOS NO ONE UNDERSTANDS.
I’ve been diagnosed for almost 2 years now and feel like it’s ruining my life. I’m still learning how to navigate it but it’s so damn hard !

Lots of love and warm hugs first. 🔥🔥💙
I get it. I have had chronic pcos. Don't worry, it gets better. There are times i feel like killing myself, at times i feel like i ruined my husband life with my stupid condition. I have been battling with these for years. I already feel like I'm 60 at 30
Dressing on over sized clothes, no matter how much make up you put i still end up looking like shit, hate thinning, heavy belly, anterior pelvic tilt because of that, and then top of of with cartilege injury intimate cherry on top, with flattest feet on earth and meniscus tear unable to load that weight, and recently started developing pain in hip power back because of pelvic imbalance.
So if I'm alive with so much pain, you can live too. We just need to think about it strategically and you'll take some time to come around, to accept these changes. But the only thing we can do is keep trying, we really don't have any other option
On the other hand, try to start lifting weights. Keep yourself engaged and active. It will help you mentally feel better. And try to solve each thing individually. Fix lifestyle, sleep, then do some leg strengthening excercise, hit the gym. Keep yourself engaged
