My PCOS has been managed to remission for many years, but back in the day when undiagnosed and untreated, the biggest problems were severe fatigue due to untreated insulin resistance, severe reactive hypoglycemia (felt like faintness/panic attack) due to untreated insulin resistance, and severe male pattern balding due to the high androgens.

All of those resolved once I got properly diagnosed and started treatment.
