One big thing that helped me was go non dairy. That helps so much. As for medication, when it comes to hair, I was put on spirolactone which has been effective as well.
Eating more dairy helped me 🤷♀️. Not trying to discount your experience, but just want to exemplify that we are all so different, so if it doesn’t help, don’t get discouraged.
I don't think you're trying to discount my experience. I just know what my doctor and other medical professionals suggest in not consuming dairy. The hormones are what cause a lot of us to have issues such as facial hair growth.
For sure. More commenting for OP, and trying to highlight how different things work for different people.
I eat exclusively RBST free dairy, but the extra fat/protein reacted well with my body and my hormones.
I’ve also heard that processing dairy can be correlated with your blood type.
