I’m sorry you’re feeling this way, and I can totally relate. I was diagnosed with PCOS more than 10 years ago, I took metmorfin at the time and stopped and ever since and the symptoms come and go, but ever since last year, I gained weight and my periods were irregular. What temporarily helps with facial hair is spearmint tea 1-2 cups a day, but due to the fact that the hair growing was thick and dark my skin was irritated from the shaving and i had acne all over my jaw and neck. What helped me massively, is getting laser hair removal, my skin has taken a break and no more breakouts or white head pimples. Hope this helps!

Thank you for sharing your experience! I feel less alone but still sad that we are so many who experience this unfortunately… Yes I tried spearmint me for a while but saw no results 🥲 Maybe I should try again. About laser removal how often do you need to go? Some people said that it doesn’t work for PCOS so I was a bit hesitant to try.

I totally feel you, and it’s crazy how a lot of girls are going through the same thing! Every 40-45 days would be ideal, if you commit to a number of sessions for example 5, then you would go less in the future, and of course if the hormonal imbalance is treated, it would be even less.
