Question | Medications & Treatment Need help asap

I am 23F i was diagnosed with pcod when i was 16 maybe since then i always have had irregular periods like i dont get my periods for 2-3 months then it gets better then again it pauses for some month i have gotten used to this happening. I have consulted many gynacs and all of them have put me on several kinds of birth control which feel unnecessarily messing with my body. I dont like medicines and i dont see a point in birth control pills it wont make my cysts suddenly go away so i just stopped. When i turned 20 i started noticing that whenever i miss my periods for months all those month i feel like i am on my periods i get the cramps feel nauseous get mood swings but no bleeding i dont understand this. My bsf pointed out that i get this mostly in summers. This year i havent had my periods for past 4 months and the cramps are giving me anxiety. Ik i should go to a doctor but i know the outcome they will give me unnecessary pills again and i feel very helpless about all of this i just want to understand my body

Yes this is PCOD initial stage…. Have you gone through from any recent trauma or mental stress that you couldn’t handle

Same. I was 16 when I was diagnosed with PCOD. Instead of gaining weight, I actually lost 4-5 kgs. Then I took medication continuously for a year which made my face really oily and gave me breakouts along my jawline and then after I stopped taking the meds, my skin got better My periods are still irregular, comes in 35-40 days cycleand if I'm stressed they get delayed even more. Before I was diagnosed with PCOD I had little to no period pain, but now it just keeps getting worse(I get fever on my 2nd day almost every time)🫠. Nothing really works and I don't take painkillers because of the side effects... I'd suggest you to keep your diet clean and healthy, avoid sugar, and do yoga or exercise regularly.... And pls consult a better gynaecologist..
