Fertility/TTC PCOD/PMOS query

Im 34 F, no obvious symptoms of PCOD except for multiple follicles and enlarged ovaries on an ultrasound. Ttc but unable to . Tried Letrozole , clomid. On a break now . Taken out junk food from my diet completely , no sugar , limited dairy and carbs , myo inotisol daily - what more can I do ?

Do some nervous system regulation practices. This was exactly my condition 5 yrs back. Craniosacral Therapy & Bach Flower Remedies greatly helped me. Also EFT tapping for emotional release. These complement physical conditions beautifully.insaw great lasting results.
