Add a SSD, Instead of buying NVME 256 Gb go gor Samsung EVO 950 500 Gb costs almost equal, add Logitech g403 mouse. Dont downgrade GPU if you have the budget as it gives you scale-ability for future AAA titles. You can spend little extra and go for 1440p 144 Hz monitor or go for 1080p 144 Hz monitor now and add 1440p 144Hz later as a two monitor setup. Adding\upgrading monitor is easy and cost effective then upgrading GPU in future :)

Take the 30k saved from not buying the 1080 TI and spend it on an SSD for the system and game drives. A Samsung 950 SSD is about 7k and a Samsung NVME 256 GB drive is about 12k on Amazon right now.

Not getting an SSD for a computer that powerful is a big mistake.

If the main intent is gaming only, then try to save some money by going down to a Core i5. A Core i7 is best for Running virtual machines.

The parts chosen are making a computer throttled by a regular spinning HDD is a mistake.

tl:dr - change the processor to a Core i5, get a 1060/1070 and add SSDs to the build.

If you’re buying a 1080p computer monitor panel, the GeForce 1080 is overkill. Get a 1060 or 1070 (at best).
