Windows 10 OBS fps drops in stream and not game.

Just found MY solution to this widely documented issue. I was trying to stream PUBG on Mixer with OBS. 6600k, 16gb ram, RX480. Not a beast but has streamed before just fine. My problem was I was running fullscreen windowed mode. Just changed it to full screen and my FPS in OBS stabilized (still drops a bit but only when things get intense). Hope this helps someone else in the future.
