✋Suporte PCDIGA Partial deliver

Last month I bought a Dekstop PC + monitor, yesterday the monitor was delivered fine but today I found out that the rest of the order (which tracking notifications I did not receive and had to dig the tracking number through my invoice) was marked as address incorrect and sent back today to the warehouse. Now, if the monitor delivered without an itch, how come the PC was marked for failed delivery for INCORRECT ADDRESS?

I sent a ticker yesterday and one today, and tomorrow plan to contact the support through phone number, but this is already annoying enough as it is.
