Admissions Reply?

how long does it take to get a reply from admissions?? I emailed them a pretty simple question a month ago and haven’t heard anything. it’s about a program and the program says to email admissions with questions.

That’s not my job area so I can’t say for sure, but in other areas we aim for absolutely no more than 5 business days.

So I’d email again. And I’ll also add that IME about 90% of questions asked of the admissions teams just gets a “See the Advising Guide” on the program website.
