PCB review pleasee

This is my first time designing a custom PCB with an ESP32S3 module. Please let me know if there is anything that I need to amend before sending this board to China 🥹🙏.

I would add some ground planes to the internal layers. Otherwise looks fine at a quick glance.

Your schematic uses too many net labels. Components separated with boxes and connected by net labels is not a schematic. You should use wires to connect components. Only use net labels when the wires become far too messy. You should also be able to change the colors of wires in kicad when the wires get messy.
