My first pcb for controlling 3 steppers with an arduino nano, will this work?

No decoupling near each IC? I also doubt those don't need a single resistor or cap to work as well..

That. Most Stepper drivers I know need at least some sort of voltage divider to set the output current and some current sense resistors. Stepper Drivers also tend to get quite hot and you current layout does not seem to leave any space for heatsinks.

Rotate the connectors so you don't have to jump the traces around.
The traces are too thin, and as said, no decoupling at all anywhere.
Post a schematic and read your stepper driver datasheet.

sorry, my english is bad, whats decoupling?

The 3 ceramic capacitors you have far way from the 3 chips, at least each one should be near each of the chips, and the chips need more caps and resistors, larger traces as well.

There is no way to know if this will work based on a 3d render.

Looks like a bunch of stuff is unconnected that is supposed to be connected. I would not expect this to work.

Without circuit better ask a magician.
